We're looking for a high-level Full-Stack Developer with strong Shopify and Webflow experience who also understands conversion rate optimisation (CRO). This is not just a build role. We want someone who understands how design, UX, speed, structure, and psychology directly impact sales and performance. You should be comfortable taking a project from concept to deployment β€” and continuously optimising it for better results.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and customise Shopify storefronts (Liquid, theme architecture, performance optimisation)
  • Build high-end Webflow sites with advanced interactions and animations
  • Implement clean, responsive frontends using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
  • Build dynamic components using React
  • Improve performance and UX using GSAP, animations, and modern UI techniques
  • Optimise site speed, technical SEO, and mobile experience
  • Apply CRO best practices
  • Analyse and refine funnels based on data
  • Integrate apps, APIs, and serverless backend logic where needed
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve performance

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with Shopify (Liquid) and custom theme builds
  • Advanced Webflow knowledge
  • Modern JavaScript (React preferred)
  • Solid HTML5 / CSS3 and responsive development
  • Understanding of performance optimisation & site speed
  • Strong grasp of CRO principles
  • Ability to think commercially, not just technically
  • Portfolio of live projects (especially DTC / e-commerce)
