We're looking for a high-level Full-Stack Developer with strong Shopify and Webflow experience who also understands conversion rate optimisation (CRO). This is not just a build role. We want someone who understands how design, UX, speed, structure, and psychology directly impact sales and performance. You should be comfortable taking a project from concept to deployment β and continuously optimising it for better results.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and customise Shopify storefronts (Liquid, theme architecture, performance optimisation)
- Build high-end Webflow sites with advanced interactions and animations
- Implement clean, responsive frontends using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
- Build dynamic components using React
- Improve performance and UX using GSAP, animations, and modern UI techniques
- Optimise site speed, technical SEO, and mobile experience
- Apply CRO best practices
- Analyse and refine funnels based on data
- Integrate apps, APIs, and serverless backend logic where needed
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve performance
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Shopify (Liquid) and custom theme builds
- Advanced Webflow knowledge
- Modern JavaScript (React preferred)
- Solid HTML5 / CSS3 and responsive development
- Understanding of performance optimisation & site speed
- Strong grasp of CRO principles
- Ability to think commercially, not just technically
- Portfolio of live projects (especially DTC / e-commerce)
