- Escrow System: Integrate Stripe Connect to manage "The Vault" (escrowing funds and releasing them via 4 project milestones).
- Contractor Logic: Build a "Supplement Request" feature where contractors upload GPS-stamped photos of roof decking for homeowner approval ($95/sheet rate).
- User Dashboards: Create a "Homeowner Shield" portal with a live project tracker and a "Contractor Portal" for job management.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience with FlutterFlow or similar no-code/low-code frameworks preferred for speed.
