We're hiring a Customer Support Representative to join our growing cosmetics brand and handle daily customer communication across our Shopify stores.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent written English
  • Can confidently handle 200+ emails per day
  • Has experience with Shopify
  • Has experience handling disputes on Shopify, PayPal, and Klarna
  • Has proven experience using Freshdesk
  • Is reliable and available to work on weekends

You should be detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable dealing with chargebacks and customer complaints in a professional way. This is full-time.

Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.

Mandatory skills: Email Support, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, Order Tracking, Customer Service.
