We are looking for a freelance designer to convert a finalized Word report (~50 pages) into a professionally designed, print-ready and digital PDF.

We have:

  • Existing brand guidelines (colours, typography, visual identity)
  • A template and prior reports as reference
  • All text finalized in Word
  • Charts and graphics ready (or clearly indicated where needed)

Your role will be to:

  • Apply our visual identity consistently
  • Design a clean, modern layout (policy/report style – not marketing-heavy)
  • Improve readability through hierarchy, spacing, and visual structure
  • Format charts, tables, footnotes, and references cleanly
  • Deliver a polished, publication-ready PDF

Timeline:

  • First draft: within 1 week
  • Two review cycles included
  • Final deliverable: within 2 weeks

Deliverables:

  • Print-ready PDF
  • Web-optimized PDF
  • Source files (InDesign or equivalent)

Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 30 hours per week.
