The predicted salary is between 30 - 40 £ per hour.
This exclusive renovation project is at the stage of construction and there is a deadline to finish this in 6 months (in June) with an approximately 400m2. We are urgently looking for someone able to cope with high pace and stress load to achieve this impossible mission.
This person we are looking for should have more than 10 years experience if possible and be able to produce:
- interior carpentry details,
- produce and update details for ceiling plans, flooring, building plans and electrical drawings,
- rendering.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: 3D Modeling, Architectural Rendering, Floor Plan Design, Drafting, Archicad, Interior Design.
