We are a fast-moving real estate investment and technology company seeking a Fractional Integrator / Operations Lead to install operational discipline, enforce accountability, and reduce founder micromanagement. This is not an assistant role. You will act as the operational governor of the company — ensuring execution happens consistently, meetings produce outcomes, and tasks close on time. You must be comfortable holding team members accountable and challenging leadership when necessary.

What You Will Own

  • Run daily/weekly team cadence (15–30 min standups)
  • Convert meetings into clear action items with owners and deadlines
  • Enforce task hygiene inside ClickUp (ownership, due dates, priorities)
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards
  • Install and enforce an EOD reporting system
  • Identify bottlenecks before they become problems
  • Escalate only when necessary — not everything comes to the founder
  • Document and refine SOPs for recurring workflows
  • Improve operational clarity across multiple revenue streams

What This Is NOT

  • Not a virtual assistant position
  • Not passive task management
  • Not someone who waits for direction
  • Not someone afraid of hard conversations

Requirements

  • Previously led a team of 5+ people with direct accountability for outcomes
  • Experience running operational cadence (weekly reporting, scorecards, etc.)
  • Strong experience with ClickUp or similar PM systems
  • Comfortable confronting underperformance
  • Strong written communication (clear, concise reporting)
  • Fluent English
  • Available to overlap with US morning hours

Preferred

  • Experience with EOS / operating systems
  • Experience in real estate, investment firms, or multi-entity businesses
  • Experience installing dashboards and accountability structures
  • Experience working directly with founders

Compensation

$25–$40/hour depending on experience, 20–30 hours per week to start, long-term opportunity with growth into full operational leadership.

Screening Question (Mandatory)

  • Describe a time you formally held a team member accountable for missed deadlines. What actions did you take and what was the outcome?
  • If you joined and found ClickUp messy and team members inconsistent, what would your first 30 days look like?
  • What would frustrate you about working with a fast-moving founder?

Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 40 hours per week.

Mandatory skills: Project Management, Lead Generation, Data Entry, Administrative Support, Business Planning & Strategy, Project Objectives, Budget Management, Project Scheduling, Team Alignment, ClickUp.
