We are an organisation running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads for multiple international brands. We are hiring a creative who can produce direct response image/static ads that are visually congruent with the hook/headline and communicate the message clearly within the first seconds.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: Personas, Angles & Market Awareness Levels.
What you’ll do:
- Create high-converting static image ads for Meta placements (Feed/Stories/Reels covers)
- Translate hooks/headlines into clear, congruent visuals (message is instantly understood)
- Use our winning templates + reference ads to generate strong variations fast
- Produce multiple versions per concept (new edits, cuts, openings, captions, overlays, layouts)
- Deliver organized editable files + exports
Required skills:
- Proven experience creating direct response Meta creatives (static + video)
- Strong understanding of creative congruency (visuals match the hook and make the message obvious)
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals: Personas, Angles & Market Awareness Levels
- Proficient with Figma, Canva, Photoshop & AI Tools like Nano Banana Pro / Higgsfield
- Able to iterate quickly from references while maintaining brand consistency
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience creating eCommerce/performance creatives across multiple brands/offers
- Basic copy sense for on-screen text (without making ads text-heavy)
- Strong understanding of creative congruency (visuals match the hook and make the message obvious)
