Help us scale the Astra AI Creators Program in Germany. Your job is to find, pre-qualify, and onboard local short-form video creators who can make content and post content about Astra AI. Bonuses for each onboarded creator.
Scope of work:
- Search for creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube (Reels/Shorts).
- Check relevance, gather contacts, and track in Google Sheets.
- Send short DM/email outreach using our templates.
- Coordinate first steps with our team and support onboarding.
- Help creators understand TikTok trends and optimize their videos for better performance.
- Report weekly results.
Ideal Candidate:
- Understand social platforms and trends.
- Know basic Google Sheets/Docs.
- Are organized, proactive, and communicate clearly.
- Nice to have: UGC/influencer marketing experience and basic Excel/Spreadsheet knowledge.
Contract duration of 3 to 6 months with 30 hours per week.
