We are a boutique strategic management consulting firm. We structure companies for investment across multiple jurisdictions. We're looking for a Financial Analyst to work directly with our Strategy Lead on portfolio companies operating internationally.
What you'll do:
- You analyze numbers and draw conclusions.
- Our strategists and clients make decisions based on your work.
- Country-specific tax and legal knowledge we source from local specialists — your job is to take their numbers, put them into a system, and tell us whether the picture makes sense.
You:
- Think in systems. When numbers don’t reconcile, you find out why.
- Present conclusions, not just data.
- Build clean spreadsheets other people can read.
- Work independently with context and deadlines. You plan your own work.
Requirements:
- Fluent Russian (working language)
- Strong English
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical background (finance, audit, consulting, reporting)
Not required:
- Country-specific tax knowledge
Compensation:
€700/month base + up to €400/month performance bonus. ~40-80 hrs/month. Tools provided. Compensation grows with scope as the portfolio expands.
