We're building a premium teenwear brand designed around composure, restraint, and quiet confidence—minimal, structured silhouettes, subtle branding, elevated neutrals, and thoughtful drops (not trend-chasing). We're looking for an experienced apparel designer who can take our brand direction and turn it into a cohesive, production-ready launch collection.

What we need:

  • Design our first launch collection for ZiĹŤ Teens (13–16), focused on elevated essentials:
  • Hoodies / sweat sets
  • Leggings
  • Casual t-shirts / tops

Your responsibilities:

  • Create cohesive launch collection concepts (silhouettes + color story + branding placements)
  • Provide flats + garment details (construction, seam lines, trims, fit intent)
  • Build production-ready tech packs (measurements, grading notes if applicable, BOM, stitching, labeling, trims, artwork placement)
  • Recommend fabrications suitable for teen comfort + everyday movement (cotton fleece, performance/stretch blends, etc.)
  • Guide branding execution: subtle logo use, macron as signature, clean placements (embroidery/print)

Style direction (non-negotiable): This brand is not loud. No oversized logos. No chaotic graphics. No neon. No fast-trend silhouettes. We want minimal, structured, and elevated—consistent system across the collection. We'll share our brand architecture + visual identity system to work from.

Deliverables:

  • 8–12 piece launch capsule (final count can be agreed)
  • Moodboard + color palette + fabric suggestions
  • Flats for each style (front/back) + key callouts
  • Tech pack per style (PDF + editable source)
  • Branding placement files (if needed)

Ideal experience:

  • 5+ years in apparel design (athleisure / basics / youth or women’s essentials)
  • Strong tech pack + production knowledge (not just illustrations)
  • Fluent in factory-ready specs and real-world construction
  • Taste level: minimal, premium, "quiet luxury" aesthetic

To apply (must include):

  • Portfolio with flats + tech packs (not only moodboards)
  • 2–3 relevant projects (sweats/leggings/essentials)
  • Tell us your process: from concept → tech pack → sampling
  • Your rate + timeline for an 8–12 piece capsule
  • Answer: What would you change in an average teen athleisure set to make it feel "premium" without making it loud?

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months, with 30 hours per week.

Mandatory skills: Apparel Design, Garment Construction, Pattern Making, Product Development, Textile Design, Fashion Design, Technical Design, Tech Pack, Adobe Illustrator.
