We are looking for an A+ tier Facebook Group Research Specialist to help us identify highly relevant Facebook groups for our clients. This role requires someone experienced in deep Facebook group research, understanding buyer intent, filtering signal vs noise, and identifying groups where real engagement and service requests are happening. If you have not done advanced Facebook group research before, please do not apply.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Find highly relevant Facebook groups (public and private).
- Identify groups that match very specific client requirements.
- Find groups where people are actively requesting services.
- Filter out low quality, spammy, or inactive groups.
- Evaluate engagement quality and buyer intent.
Each client has different criteria. Example 1: Find Facebook groups (public and private) located in Harris County, Texas where members actively ask for HVAC help. The goal is to help our client promote his HVAC services through comments and engagement. Example 2: Find Facebook groups located in Melbourne, Australia (within 50km of downtown) where people are asking for plumbing help.
You must understand:
- How to identify location specific groups.
- How to verify real activity inside groups.
- How to evaluate group quality and engagement.
- How to assess whether posts align with service intent.
- How to dig deeper beyond surface level keyword search.
This Is NOT For:
- Entry level VAs.
- People who just search keywords and copy paste results.
- People who don't understand buyer intent.
- Anyone without proven experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience finding highly relevant Facebook groups for lead generation or local service businesses.
- Ability to show proof of previous work.
- Strong understanding of Facebook search techniques.
- Ability to analyze group engagement quality.
- Detail oriented and strategic thinker.
- Comfortable working with evolving requirements per client.

We are looking for someone long term. If you are truly experienced and detail oriented, this can turn into ongoing work across multiple clients. Hourly rate can go up to $40/hour down the line. Only apply if you are confident you are A+ level. Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.
