We are looking for a proactive, high-level Social Media Strategist to take full ownership of our organic growth. We don’t just need someone to post images; we need a Growth Specialist who understands how to build a community and beat the current algorithms. You will be responsible for creating a content strategy that drives engagement and converts followers into loyal brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy: Develop 3-4 "Content Pillars" that define our brand voice.
- Organic Growth: Use proven engagement tactics to increase reach without paid ads.
- Content Creation: Design high-quality visuals (Canva/Adobe) and write compelling, SEO-optimized captions.
- Short-Form Video: Help us strategize and edit Reels/TikToks that hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.
- Management: Schedule all posts and manage the community (replying to comments/DMs).
- Analytics: Provide weekly reports on growth, reach, and engagement rates.
What we are looking for:
- Experience: At least 5–10 years in Social Media Marketing.
- Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait for us to tell you what to do; you bring fresh ideas and trends to the table.
- Reliability: High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without being micromanaged.
