We are seeking an experienced real estate cold caller who knows how to generate real seller appointments — not just make dials. This role is for a confident, metrics-driven professional who understands motivation, objection handling, and conversational control.
What You'll Do:
- Make 70–100+ outbound dials per hour
- Call high-equity property owners
- Identify motivation, timeline, and price expectations
- Set qualified listing appointments
- Log detailed notes and track KPIs daily
You Must Have:
- Proven real estate cold calling experience
- Strong, neutral English communication
- Experience with Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, or similar
- Your own multi-line dialer (required)
- Ability to handle rejection without emotional drop
- Clear understanding of seller qualification
