We are a growing kitchen company looking for an experienced expert to refine and optimize our existing setup. We have already started building our boards, but we need a professional to fine-tune, streamline, automate and elevate it into a clean, executive-level system that provides real-time visibility across projects.
Project Goal
- Create a live dashboard that clearly displays:
- Active projects (with stage/status)
- Project timelines
- Task progress
- Risks / bottlenecks
- Team workload
- Upcoming deadlines
- High-level KPIs
- Upcoming Events ie/ trainings, team building etc
This dashboard will be displayed on a TV in our studio for live team visibility.
Current Setup
- We already have boards created for projects and tasks
- Status columns and timelines exist
- Some dashboards have been started
What we need is structure, optimization, and strategic improvement.
Scope of Work
- Audit our current structure
- Improve board architecture
- Optimize statuses and workflows
- Set up clear risk tracking
- Create a clean executive dashboard view
- Ensure it works well for live display
- Simplify wherever possible (avoid over-complication)
Bonus if you can:
- Improve mobile usability
- Suggest best practices for scaling
- Help define SOP alignment with boards
Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 30 hours per week.
