We are looking for someone who has actually deployed and currently runs OpenClaw (Clawdbot / Moltbot) in production — not just read the docs.
Must-have experience (please mention these in your proposal):
- Installing OpenClaw via the official method or custom scripts on macOS (Mac Mini preferred) and/or Ubuntu VPS
- Configuring multiple isolated agents (different workspaces, personalities, channel routing — WhatsApp/Telegram/Slack/Discord)
- Securing the setup properly: sandboxing tools, least-privilege access, no plaintext API keys in memory, firewall rules, avoiding common exposure mistakes
- Integrating with Gmail / Google Calendar / Drive, Notion, or similar productivity tools
- Setting up persistent running (systemd, launchd, Docker, pm2, etc.)
- Troubleshooting agent drift, personality loss after model upgrades, high token burn, or looping behavior
Nice-to-have (big plus):
- Running local models or multi-provider fallback (Claude + Gemini + OpenAI)
- Creating custom files that actually stick
- Experience hardening against prompt injection and malicious skills from ClawHub
- Docker-compose multi-instance setups or Kubernetes if relevant
Project scope:
- Initial 60–90 minute setup session (screen share preferred)
- Configure 2–4 agents with clear separation (personal vs business vs family, or similar)
- Basic scheduled workflows (morning briefing, email triage, calendar management)
- Handover documentation + video recording of the setup
- 1–2 weeks of post-setup support (fix unexpected issues, small tweaks)
Budget: $450–$850 fixed price (depending on complexity and your demonstrated experience)
Timeline: Want to start within the next 7 days
Please include in your proposal:
- How many OpenClaw instances you’ve personally set up and kept running long-term
- Whether you’ve done multi-agent routing before
- One specific security measure you always implement
- Rough estimate for the scope above
Looking forward to serious proposals only — thank you.
Contract duration: 1 to 3 months with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: DevOps, System Administration, macOS, Ubuntu, CentOS, System Monitoring, Security Management, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Python
