We are creating an AI-native microdrama platform that turns ideas into bingeable, vertical episodic stories built for mobile-first consumption (30β90 seconds per episode) for GenZ and GenAlpha entertainment space.
We are seeking an experienced freelance WRITER to:
- Write original fictional scripts for short-form microdrama episodes with strong hooks, emotional beats, and cliffhangers.
- Develop clear episodic story arcs (setup β escalation β reversal β cliff).
- Craft compelling dialogue, inner monologues, and narration suited for fast-paced, mobile viewing.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors and Editors throughout development and revision cycles.
- Execute fast, high-quality rewrites aligned with creative direction and narrative standards.
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience in scriptwriting, fiction writing, screenwriting, or episodic storytelling.
- Experience in short-form video, OTT, audio drama, web series, reels, or digital fiction.
- Strong understanding of pacing and audience retention in mobile formats.
Scope of work and compensation will be discussed based on experience, writing strength, and project alignment. (This is an early-stage creative build)
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months with 30 hours per week.
