We are a Central Florida–based commercial cleaning company looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact local businesses and book qualified cleaning appointments. This is a professional sales role, not a script-reading task. We need someone confident on the phone who can speak naturally, handle objections, and represent our company professionally.

Your primary goal is simple: book qualified appointments with decision-makers.

What You'll Do

  • Call local businesses within Central Florida
  • Introduce our commercial cleaning services
  • Identify and speak with decision-makers
  • Overcome basic objections professionally
  • Book qualified appointments
  • Maintain accurate call tracking in Google Sheets

You will log:

  • Business name
  • Contact name
  • Phone number
  • Call outcome
  • Conversation notes

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
  • Spanish fluency (a plus, not required)
  • Proven cold calling or appointment setting experience
  • Strong objection-handling ability
  • Professional phone presence
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets
  • Organized and consistent

Compensation

  • Base pay (hourly or per-call – discussed before start)
