We are a Central Florida–based commercial cleaning company looking for an experienced B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact local businesses and book qualified cleaning appointments. This is a professional sales role, not a script-reading task. We need someone confident on the phone who can speak naturally, handle objections, and represent our company professionally.
Your primary goal is simple: book qualified appointments with decision-makers.
What You'll Do
- Call local businesses within Central Florida
- Introduce our commercial cleaning services
- Identify and speak with decision-makers
- Overcome basic objections professionally
- Book qualified appointments
- Maintain accurate call tracking in Google Sheets
You will log:
- Business name
- Contact name
- Phone number
- Call outcome
- Conversation notes
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English (mandatory)
- Spanish fluency (a plus, not required)
- Proven cold calling or appointment setting experience
- Strong objection-handling ability
- Professional phone presence

Compensation
- Base pay (hourly or per-call – discussed before start)
