We are building ArtSentinel, a European-based legaltech/arttech platform that allows artists to create cryptographically sealed proof dossiers for their artworks (paintings, drawings, illustrations, tattoos, concept art, AI creations). The goal is not NFT speculation, but a serious, legally-oriented proof system combining:
- Physical artwork capture (video + photos)
- Identity-linked ownership
- Cryptographic hashing & timestamping
- Public verification
This is an MVP project backed by initial funding, designed for real-world use and market validation within 60 days.
What We Need to Build (MVP Scope)
- Core Features
- User Accounts
- Email login
- Secure profile
- Identity document upload
- Artwork Dossier Creation
- Artwork metadata (title, type, technique, dimensions, description)
- Unique artwork ID
- Guided Capture (Mobile-First)
- Continuous video recording (no pause)
- Mandatory photo set (front, back, signature, details)
- Session-specific visual marker (anti-replay)
- Upload with metadata (timestamp, device info)
- SHA-256 hashing of all files
- Merkle tree generation
- Server-side digital signature
- External timestamping (OpenTimestamps or equivalent)
- Encrypted cloud storage (EU region – Ireland)
- Separation of identity and artwork data
- PDF certificate with:
- Artwork ID
- Hashes
- Timestamp
- QR code for verification
- Upload certificate or enter ID
