We are a start-up premium online academy focused on ballet, fitness, and structured eLearning, looking for a professional EU-based agency or strategic partner to take over the full development, optimization, and design of our LearnDash-based platform. The ideal partner will work closely with us as a long-term collaborator and support our application for EU funding, delivering a complete package from website design, LearnDash integration, and UX/UI optimization to full course implementation and instructional design. This is a strategic partnership role, not a one-off project. We are looking for an agency capable of delivering professional results with documented LearnDash experience.
Scope of Work
- Platform Review & Optimization
- Audit existing LearnDash website
- Optimize interface, layout, and performance
- Ensure brand-consistent, professional, and responsive design
- Implement the first course (10 video lessons)
- Structure course modules, lessons, quizzes, and interactive elements
- Integrate gamification and learner engagement features
- Apply AI-assisted tools to accelerate course development where appropriate
- Full website and LMS visual design
- Consistent branding and high-quality design standards
- AI-assisted or AI-optimized visuals to ensure efficiency and modern aesthetics
- Provide proof of EU-based operations and ability to partner for EU funding programs
- Document previous LearnDash / LMS projects for reference
- Support project planning and milestone documentation as required by funding bodies
Candidate / Agency Requirements
- EU-based agency or registered EU freelancer company (mandatory)
- Proven track record in LearnDash / WordPress full-stack LMS projects
- Experience in instructional design or eLearning design
- Strong UI/UX and branding design portfolio
- Ability to deliver a full-service solution, including AI-assisted content and design workflows
- Professional communication, documentation, and ability to meet deadlines

- Fixed-price proposal or detailed budget estimate for first course implementation and platform optimization
