We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support our growing online business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product research, market analysis, and product listing creation across platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and Etsy. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person who can work independently, follow instructions carefully, and deliver accurate work consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product research to identify high-demand and profitable items
- Analyze competitors and market trends to support product selection
- Collect product details (title, pricing, specifications, variations, etc.)
- Create and optimize product listings (SEO titles, descriptions, tags, keywords)
- Organize research data into Excel/Google Sheets
- Assist with product uploading and listing management (Shopify/eBay or other platforms)
- Ensure product data is accurate, clean, and formatted properly
- Basic image research and organization (if needed)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an eCommerce VA or Product Research Specialist
- Strong knowledge of product research tools (manual research, ad library research, product spy tools, etc.)
- Experience with Shopify and/or marketplace listing platforms
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow guidelines and meet deadlines
- Good written communication skills in English
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
- Experience with SEO keyword research for product listings
- Familiarity with dropshipping workflows and supplier sourcing
- Experience using tools like Zik Analytics, AutoDS, DSers, Helium10, or similar
- Canva/basic image editing knowledge
