We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team and design high-converting, eye-catching ads for FB paid media campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how to design content that captures attention and drives action on these platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Design static and animated ad creatives for FB, and other paid media platforms.
- Collaborate with our paid media team to develop visuals that support campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Understand the principles of ad performance and create designs that are optimized for conversion (including A/B testing designs).
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, social media algorithms, and best practices for paid media creatives.
- Work on multiple campaigns and deliver assets in a fast-paced environment.
- Research current trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in creating ad creatives for Facebook (Portfolio required).
- Strong knowledge of the Facebook Ads Manager.
- A solid understanding of graphic design principles, especially in the context of digital ads.
- Ability to work with limited guidance and turn creative concepts into high-performing ads.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 40 hours per week.
