I run a remote digital marketing agency specialising in the UK. We currently manage 10–15 clients, delivering 8–10 high-quality posts per month for each. While our branding and design is top-tier, our delivery process is too manual. We're looking for a Systems Architect to overhaul our workflow. Your goal is to build an automated pipeline that takes a content idea, runs it through our custom-trained AI "Gems," and pushes the final product directly into a scheduling tool—minimising manual entry while maintaining human-level quality.

The Challenge

  • Current Stack: We use Gemini "Gems" for caption generation and Loomly for scheduling.
  • The Problem: Loomly's lack of a public API is a bottleneck. We need a pro to tell us whether to "hack" a workaround or migrate to an API-first platform (like Ayrshare, Buffer, or similar).
  • The Goal: A seamless flow where "Agentic AI" (Claude/Gemini) handles the heavy lifting of drafting and scheduling, leaving us to focus on high-level strategy and client relationships.

Who You Are

  • Not a "Yes Man": You’ve built these systems before. If our current software is rubbish for automation, you’ll tell us—and provide the alternative.
  • Logic Master: You’re an expert in Zapier or custom Python scripts.
  • AI Savvy: You understand how to prompt-engineer and connect LLMs (Gemini/Claude) to external databases (Airtable/Google Sheets).
  • Agency-Minded: You understand that "automation" doesn’t mean "spam." The output must remain "awesome" and industry-specific to our clients' niche.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit & Pivot: Review our current manual process and recommend the ultimate "AI Agency Stack."
  • Build the Bridge: Connect our AI brand "Gems" to a robust social media API.
  • Automate the Queue: Create a workflow where post ideas are generated, reviewed, and scheduled with minimal clicks.
  • Scaling: Ensure the system can scale from 15 clients to 50 without increasing our overhead.
