JP Exteriors is a fast-growing exterior remodeling company based in Austin, Texas specializing in siding, windows, doors, roofing, and outdoor renovations. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage inbound leads, scheduling, and daily follow-up during standard U.S. business hours. This role is critical to our sales pipeline and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Take all inbound requests via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Answer questions about services, availability, and scheduling
- Schedule qualified appointments in Setmore and Buildertrend
- Track and follow up with canceled appointments and inbound inquiries
- Ensure appointments are properly confirmed and fulfilled
- Respond quickly to all inbound platform leads (Yelp, Angi, Google LSA, Nextdoor, etc.)
- Manage and follow up on lead pipelines in Hatch
- Review and dispute calls where necessary
- Post on social media platforms as needed
- Submit invoices for referral rewards
- Assist with review management
- Support ad hoc operational projects

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Fluent or native English speaker
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- High-speed internet
- High-performing computer/laptop
- Minimum of two monitors/screens
- Dedicated distraction-free workspace
- Must be available during U.S. Central Time business hours
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time

This role requires quick response times, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to keep our CRM systems clean and organized.
