We are a 24/7 virtual receptionist and legal intake service supporting U.S. and Canadian law firms. We provide live answering, after-hours coverage, overflow support, and CRM-integrated intake services. We're looking to overhaul our website to better reflect our professionalism, service quality, and growing brand.

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced website developer to redesign and rebuild our existing website. The goal is to create a modern, clean, professional website that:

  • Clearly explains our services
  • Reflects a premium, reliable service
  • Is easy to navigate
  • Works seamlessly on desktop and mobile
  • Is fast and technically sound
  • Has a clean backend structure

This is a full website refresh — not minor edits.

Scope of Work

  • Redesign homepage and core service pages
  • Improve layout and visual hierarchy
  • Update design to feel modern and professional
  • Ensure full mobile responsiveness
  • Improve site speed and performance
  • Clean backend setup
  • Integrate scheduling tool (Calendly or similar)
