We're looking for an experienced CRM specialist to handle a full data migration from Close CRM to GoHighLevel.
Scope of Work: We need all existing data transferred from our Close account into GoHighLevel. This includes contacts, leads, pipeline stages, deal history, tags, custom fields, notes, and any associated activity or communication logs. Everything needs to be mapped correctly so it sits properly in the new system.
Requirements: We're looking for someone with proven experience working with both Close CRM and GoHighLevel, ideally with previous CRM migration projects they can share examples of. You should have a strong understanding of data mapping between different CRM structures and be able to ensure zero data loss during the transfer. Clean mapping of custom fields, tags, and pipeline stages is essential.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal person for this job has completed a Close to GoHighLevel migration before, though it's not a dealbreaker if you haven't. You should be familiar with CSV imports, API integrations, and GoHighLevel's data structure. We expect a clear timeline and migration plan before any work begins, along with a strong QA process to verify data accuracy once the migration is complete.
