We are looking for a high-level Creative Strategist who understands that scaling isnβt about volume β itβs about increasing creative hit rate. We run a DTC brand focused on back acne/body acne and need someone who can:
- Develop performance-driven creative concepts for Meta (primary platform)
- Research customer psychology (pain points, embarrassment, confidence, lifestyle impact)
- Turn insights into strong hooks, angles, and structured ad concepts
- Build testing roadmaps and iteration plans
- Break down winning ads and turn them into more winners
This is not a "pretty content" role. This is performance creative built to convert.
You should:
- Have experience with DTC / skincare / problem-solution products
- Understand creative testing frameworks
- Know how to improve hit rate through structured iteration
- Think in funnels (cold, warm, retargeting)
- Be comfortable working fast and shipping weekly concepts
Bonus if you understand sensitive categories and how to market them without getting flagged.
