About Proquart: Proquart is a dynamic media company specializing in high-performance advertising for the Debt Settlement and Home Services sectors in the USA. We lead with data but win with creativity. We are currently looking for a creative powerhouse to join us and take full ownership of producing high-impact social media creatives (posts and Reels) that drive both engagement and conversions.
The Role: As our Creative Social Media Specialist, you will be the creative lead for our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube campaigns. Your mission is to conceptualize and produce "scroll-stopping" visual content that resonates with US audiences seeking financial relief or home improvement services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization: Turn "dry" financial and service-based topics into relatable, high-energy content.
- Video Production: Create short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) using a mix of traditional editing and cutting-edge AI tools.
- Static Design: Produce high-converting image posts and thumbnails for Meta and YouTube.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling hooks and ad copy tailored specifically to the US market.
Requirements:
- Fluent English: Must have a deep understanding of US cultural nuances and marketing lingo.
- Proven Industry Experience: Prior experience in lead generation for Debt Settlement, Finance, or Home Services is a major plus.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Mastery of AI video and image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen) alongside standard tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere.
- Strategic Mindset: You know how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds and drive a viewer to take action.
Logistics: Please note that all necessary equipment and software licenses required to perform the tasks including physical devices (laptop, iPad, etc.) and any professional tools must be provided by the contractor. We do not provide hardware or cover software subscription costs.
Volume & Weekly Workflow: Every week, you will be expected to deliver a full design set of 3–4 ads. The work follows a structured weekly cycle:
- Sunday: Receive brief & start.
- Wednesday: First draft/sketch submission.
- Thursday: Revisions and refinements.
- Friday Morning: Final output delivery and last-minute tweaks.
- Saturday: Hard deadline for all final assets.
This cycle repeats weekly to ensure a steady stream of fresh creatives for our active and upcoming campaigns.
Location: Remote.
