Need a COMSOL expert to fix and improve my simulation model (ICP torch heating). I'm looking for a freelancer who is very good at COMSOL Multiphysics to clean up and improve my simulation model so it matches my real setup.
What I need you to do:
- Rebuild / correct the geometry so the simulation matches the real ICP torch setup (tube count, coil position, distances, etc.).
- Set up a proper simulation domain (including the outside air region) with correct boundaries.
- Add the sample/workpiece into the model (and include heat transfer to the holder/stage).
- Create a clear boundary conditions table (so anyone can reproduce the model).
- Define and document the heat transfer coefficient (h) method: how it is chosen, calibrated, and what final value(s) are used (with a simple uncertainty estimate).
- Rerun the key cases and export clean results/figures.
- Provide a short "how to run it" note: COMSOL version, modules used, mesh, solver settings, convergence.
Deliverables:
- Updated COMSOL .mph file(s) (must include everything needed to run).
- A short PDF/Word note with:
- model parameters
- domain size
- boundary conditions
- mesh + solver settings
Required experience:
- Strong COMSOL (Heat Transfer + CFD).
- Experience with thermal + flow modeling and boundary conditions.
- Able to explain choices clearly (no vague answers).
