We are looking for an experienced cold email deliverability specialist to help manage and stabilize our outbound email infrastructure inside GoHighLevel. This is not a basic email marketing role. We are running high-volume outbound campaigns and need a technical expert who understands sending reputation, domain health, IP management, and list hygiene at scale.
Our current challenges include email sending blocks from providers due to reputation issues, and we need an expert to audit our setup, fix root causes, and implement a long-term sending framework.
Current Environment
- Platform: GoHighLevel (LeadConnector / Mailgun)
- High daily send volume (100K+ emails/day)
- Dedicated IP in use
- Multiple sending domains
- Cold outbound campaigns using purchased and enriched data
Scope of Work
Initial Audit & Fixes
- Review DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Evaluate domain reputation and sender health
- Analyze block reasons from email providers
- Identify list quality and bounce risks
- Diagnose sending patterns causing blocks
Infrastructure Optimization
- Set safe sending limits and throttling strategy
- Configure proper domain/IP warm-up plan
- Implement sending domain rotation strategy
- Optimize Mailgun / LeadConnector setup
- Improve inbox placement rates
Ongoing Management (Potential Long Term)
- Daily monitoring of sending reputation
- List hygiene best practices
- Bounce and complaint management
- Campaign deliverability reporting
- Prevent future sending blocks
Required Experience
- Must have proven experience with:
- Cold outbound email infrastructure
- High-volume sending environments
- GoHighLevel email system
- Mailgun deliverability management
- Dedicated IP reputation handling
- DNS email authentication setup
- Spam filtering and inbox placement strategies
