I'm looking for a ClickUp expert to build a clean, scalable ClickUp workspace for our agency operations: client management, task management, content production workflow, social media calendar, approvals, and team coordination — plus paid ads performance reporting.
Here's what I need help with:
- Workspace architecture (Spaces/Folders/Lists) for Clients, Production, Social Media, and Paid Ads
- Custom fields for client tracking (status, deliverables, billing stage, due dates, asset links, etc.)
- Templates for repeating workflows (photo/video shoots, editing, monthly social content, ad campaigns)
- Social media calendar system (monthly planning → creation → review → schedule → posted)
- Paid ads workflow + reporting (creative → build → launch → optimize → weekly/monthly performance reports)
- Dashboards for me + team (what's due, workload, status by client, ad reporting due dates)
- Automations to reduce admin time (assignments, reminders, status changes, recurring tasks)
Contract duration of less than 1 month with 30 hours per week.
