I'm looking for someone who is highly organized and experienced with ClickUp to help build a simple, streamlined system for tracking leads and managing clients. This project will focus on setting up a functional sales pipeline and client management structure inside ClickUp so leads coming from Instagram and Facebook can be easily monitored, organized, and followed up with. The goal is to create something that is simple, intuitive, and sustainable — not overly complex — so it can be used consistently day to day.
Responsibilities include:
- Setting up a lead tracking system in ClickUp for Instagram and Facebook inquiries
- Creating sales pipeline boards to track leads from first contact through enrollment
- Building a client management section for active coaching clients
- Organizing workflows, statuses, and task structures
- Recommending ClickUp best practices for ongoing use
- Providing a brief walkthrough or documentation once complete
Ideal candidate:
- Experienced with ClickUp workspace setup and workflow design
- Understands basic sales pipelines / CRM organization
- Strong systems thinker who values simplicity and clarity
- Able to make recommendations, not just follow instructions
- Experience working with coaches, service providers, or small businesses is a plus
Project scope:
This is a short-term setup project with potential for future systems support as the business grows. Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 30 hours per week.
