We are looking for a ClickUp expert to help us build out, organize, and automate our ClickUp workspace on an ongoing basis. This is not a beginner-level gig — we need someone who has deep, hands-on experience with ClickUp and can hit the ground running.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and structuring our workspace from the ground up (Spaces, Folders, Lists, Views, custom fields, statuses)
- Building automations that eliminate repetitive work and keep our team moving without manual follow-up
- Setting up templates, recurring tasks, and standardized workflows across departments
- Integrating ClickUp with other tools we use (email, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Creating dashboards and views that give leadership clear visibility into project status
- Continuously improving and refining our setup as the business evolves
You Must Have
- Proven ClickUp expertise — show us workspaces you’ve built, not just courses you’ve taken
- Deep understanding of ClickUp Automations (native + third-party like Zapier or Make)
- Experience building workspaces for teams (not just personal use)
- Strong organizational thinking — you can translate messy workflows into clean, logical systems
- Clear communication skills — you’ll need to understand our processes and explain your recommendations

- Experience with ClickUp API
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
- Background working with small-to-mid-size teams or agencies
