We are seeking a talented CAD/graphic designer proficient in Chief Architect (or Sketchup) software for interior design to create detailed and dimensionally accurate renderings for a residential basement media room and bar/game room remodel project in Denver, Colorado. You will work from an existing CAD base file as a starting point and will collaborate to develop design options including layout, architectural finishes, and interior design elements (such as the media wall, fireplace design, and bar design) to bring this project to life.
The desired output will be a 3D (Chief Architect) rendering that can be used with the CAD generated drawings to solicit contractor bids and to allow a qualified contractor to construct the improvements. Ideal candidates would have a strong portfolio showcasing similar projects and an eye for interior design that maximises space and functionality.
If you are passionate about residential design and have experience with Chief Architect, we want to hear from you. We would like to start the design process around March 1 and complete the design by April 1, 2026. Contract duration of 1 to 3 months with 10 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Residential Design, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Floor Plan Design, SketchUp.
