We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager / Business Architect to develop and document clear, structured process flows across our departments. The role will focus on building practical, straightforward systems that improve accountability, efficiency and workflow clarity. The structure will be developed department by department, starting with core functions and expanding systematically across the business. This is a defined project with the opportunity for a long-term engagement to monitor, refine, and continuously improve the implemented systems.
Required Experience:
- Business process mapping and workflow design
- Business architecture development
- Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Power Automate)
- ERP systems (Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
- CRM systems
- Sage accounting integration
Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing or industrial environments will be advantageous.
Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 30 hours per week.
