We are an early-stage DTC gifting brand preparing for launch. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Business Operations Assistant to support the founder across day-to-day operations, project coordination, and execution. This role is about keeping momentum, helping manage multiple workstreams, ensuring follow-ups happen, and creating clarity where things are moving quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Project Support:
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Coordinate with external partners (developers, agencies, freelancers, suppliers)
- Follow up on actions and keep workstreams moving
- Maintain clear documentation (status updates, notes, decision logs)
- Help prioritise tasks and flag blockers
- Prepare briefs, summaries, and follow-up notes
- Organise information so decisions are easier and faster
- Reduce context switching and admin burden for the founder
- Inbox and calendar support (as needed)
- Organise files and shared folders
- Light research and data gathering
- Support with ad hoc operational tasks as they arise
Please note, this isn’t a virtual assistant role. Contract duration of 3 to 6 months with 40 hours per week.
