We are expanding our sales team and looking for 10 highly motivated Business Development Managers who can independently generate and close new business. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential for strong performers.

Role Overview:

  • Responsible for the full sales cycle:
  • Lead generation (GovCon firms, IT services, AEC, staffing, transportation)
  • Outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Booking meetings
  • Needs qualification
  • Closing deals for proposal writing services

You must be comfortable selling high-ticket services ($3,000 – $15,000+ per proposal).

Compensation:

  • 30% commission on every closed deal.
  • Commission is paid after the client's payment is received.
  • No base salary.
  • Unlimited earning potential.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in B2B service sales
  • Familiarity with U.S. government contracting (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently

Important:

  • This is a commission-based only role.
  • There is no fixed salary or retainer.
  • Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.
