The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 Β£ per hour.

This is not just admin support. This is a trusted right-hand role to the Founder & Managing Director.

You will:

  • Understand our mission, vision and industry positioning
  • Support in building our brand story and online presence
  • Assist with LinkedIn engagement and lead generation
  • Help convert online conversations into scheduled calls/meetings
  • Recognise content patterns and eventually draft blogs/articles using AI tools (initial direction provided)
  • Edit short video clips (VN, CapCut, InShot or similar)
  • Create flyers and branded visuals (Canva + AI tools)
  • Post and manage social media content
  • Send invoice reminders
  • Track paid invoices and basic expense records
  • Maintain light business administration systems.

Growth Opportunity

  • Initially: 5 hours per week (20 hrs/month)
  • After probation: 10 hours per week (40 hrs/month)

Structure:

  • 2-week probation
  • Followed by a 3-month fixed contract

This role has strong growth potential for the right person.

You are:

  • Proactive and sharp
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.)
  • Confident on LinkedIn
  • Good with written English
  • Able to think strategically β€” not just execute tasks
  • Interested in renewable energy, engineering, or sustainability (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Organised and accountable

You must:

  • Have your own LinkedIn profile
  • After contract signing, add a role title on your LinkedIn profile (e.g. VA / Business Admin Champion at [Company Name])
