I'm rolling Brokermint backoffice by Boldtrail out across the brokerage and need an experienced hand to turn the platform into a lean, end-to-end transaction machine. The single, overriding goal is to streamline every step of a deal: listings, offers, contract paperwork, compliance and closing—no more duplicated data entry or ad-hoc spreadsheets. Alongside the workflow, I want to keep a constant pulse on agent performance. The system must surface three specific indicators for every agent:
- Number of closed deals
- Customer satisfaction (we'll import post-closing survey scores)
- Lead response time
Here's what I'm expecting from you:
- Configure the full transaction pipeline inside Brokermint, complete with task checklists and reminders.
- Build the reporting dashboard that tracks the three metrics above in real time.
- Map any necessary fields, templates or integrations so data flows cleanly.
- Provide a brief hand-off (written guide or Loom video) so my team can maintain the setup.
When we're done, opening a new file should take less than a minute, and the performance dashboard should update automatically without extra clicks.
