We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to manage our QuickBooks account and reconcile our 2025 expenses. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping and financial reporting, as well as continue bookkeeping services going forward. You should have experience with QuickBooks, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of financial principles. This role is crucial for maintaining our financial health. If you have the required expertise and are ready to contribute, we would love to hear from you.
You would also need to review invoices, receipts and determine if they qualify as business expenses or technology expenses. You will also need to create invoices and send them to clients.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months with 40 hours per week.
