We're looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to handle simple weekly financial reporting across a few small businesses. This is not complex accounting. No fancy dashboards. Just clean, consistent tracking.

What You'll Do:

  • Track weekly expenses against incoming cash flow
  • Maintain and update a Google Sheets tracker
  • Compare forecasted vs. realized numbers
  • Flag cash flow gaps or overspending
  • Provide a short weekly summary (bullet point insights)

What We Need:

  • Strong Google Sheets skills
  • Basic understanding of cash flow + forecasting
  • Extremely organized and reliable
  • Able to turn around updates on a consistent weekly schedule
