Hello, we need to remove some sections of concrete from an external pergola at our Spanish property. However, as this will be a costly, messy and time-consuming job, I need someone who can make the required changes to some photographs of the pergola instead.
The changes required are quite straightforward:
- Remove the white concrete infill section which sits between the two pillars, leaving only the wooden beam resting approximately 5 inches on the columns.
- Remove the white concrete infill section which sits between the pillar and the wall of the main building, leaving only the wooden beam coming from the house and resting approximately 5 inches on the column (this may need to be on a slightly raised block of concrete on the column so that it remains in line with the other beams).
- Make all other wooden beams in the centre appear to be resting on the long horizontal wooden beam at the front, but only by approximately 1 inch.
- Also remove all of the roof tiles which sit on top of both concrete infill sections.
- Fill in the horizontal line of exposed brickwork above where the wooden beams meet the wall and make it look like the rest of the building.
It is really important that the final result doesn’t look overly digitally polished because it needs to look like the building work to remove the concrete has just taken place, so it should be slightly messy and imperfect.
