Project Overview:
I am looking for an experienced architect or residential designer to help me reconfigure the layout of two specific bedrooms in a 3-bedroom apartment. The building construction is Cinder Block / Sandcrete, so candidates must understand masonry constraints (standard block thicknesses, lintels, and realistic demolition).
The Goal:
I have the original blueprints and specific new layout concepts. I need a professional to advise on feasibility, validate space planning, and create accurate, to-scale 2D floor plans that I can hand directly to a builder for execution.
Scope of Work:
- Master Bedroom (Bedroom 1)
- Current Dimensions are 138" Wide (Entry Wall) x 130" Deep.
- Primary Concept: Layout: King Size Bed (76"x80") on the left wall (130").
- Joinery: Design a Wall-to-Wall Integrated Wardrobe & TV Unit on the opposite right wall (130"). This unit must house a 65" TV.
- Clearance: Must demonstrate comfortable walkways (aiming for ~34" at the foot of the bed).
- Exploratory Options (Need Advice):
- Option A: Use a Barn Door for the bathroom entry to maximize the TV/Wardrobe wall space.
- Option B: Expand the hallway/vestibule into the bedroom slightly to create a walk-in wardrobe area in the entry hall, leaving the bedroom strictly for sleeping.
- Requirement: Include the small lobby/vestibule and adjacent bathroom in the drawing to ensure flow. If you see a more efficient layout than what I proposed, please present it.

- Concept: "Steal" space from the main apartment entryway/hallway to create a new Wardrobe Vestibule for this room.
- Goal: Create a private dressing area upon entry so the main sleeping area remains free of wardrobes.
- Constraint Check: Calculate exactly how much hallway space is needed (approx. 1.2m - 1.5m) and verify that the remaining main hallway width is still functional and code-compliant.
- Demolition & Construction Plan (Crucial)
- I need a clear visual representation of the changes.
- Provide a "Before vs. After" overlay or separate sheets highlighting exactly which block walls need to be demolished and where new walls must be erected.
