I am looking for a creative and experienced architect to develop a layout study for a new sushi restaurant. The goal is to optimize the dining space while incorporating specific traditional and modern Japanese elements.
Key Requirements:
- Sushi Conveyor Belt (Kaiten): Design an efficient layout that incorporates a conveyor belt system, ensuring it is accessible to diners and integrated with the kitchen flow.
- Ceiling Design: Propose a new, modern ceiling concept that enhances the restaurant's atmosphere.
