We are looking for someone to design and implement a lightweight but scalable workflow that includes:
- Form → database integration (Lovable → Airtable or Notion)
- Automated acknowledgement emails

- Pipeline stages (new, reviewing, follow-up, funded, etc.)
- Clean internal dashboard for weekly review
- Email integration so replies are organised and traceable

- Maintain long-term founder records
Deliverable: A fully working system with documentation so it can be managed internally.
