Seeking a USPTO-registered Patent Agent (former USPTO Examiner preferred) for a confidential strategy consultation leading to a U.S. provisional patent. We identified your profile as highly relevant to this work.
The invention is a non-medical, pre-lab, deep-tech textile system based on fiber-level architecture designed to enable oxygen evolution from water under ambient light and humidity. The focus is strictly on system architecture, claim scope, and future IP protection for licensing and R&D funding.
At this stage, no invention specifics or technical documents will be shared. The goal is first to align on strategy, scope, and approach. Detailed materials will follow once we are working together under NDA.
Contract duration of less than 1 month with 30 hours per week.
