The Mission
You will design and run an AI-First Finance Control Tower, powered by:
- Automation
- Custom Odoo modules
- Python scripts
- AI assistants
- Scheduled controls
- Dashboards & live KPI systems
- Intelligent reconciliation engines
Your goal:
- Eliminate manual finance work
- Replace Excel with automation
- Turn finance into a real-time decision engine

Core Responsibilities
- Build the AI Finance Architecture
- Design automated reconciliation scripts (AR/AP/Bank)
- Implement intercompany matching engine
- Create revenue recognition control logic
- Develop anomaly detection rules
- Build automated treasury dashboard
- Design gamified financial accountability system
Odoo Automation & Customization
You must be comfortable with:
- Odoo ORM logic
- Server Actions
- Scheduled Actions
- Python scripting inside Odoo
- Studio custom fields
- Automated email reporting
- Custom financial dashboards
Bonus if you:
- Build custom modules
- Understand PostgreSQL queries
- Design financial control algorithms
- Treasury & Cash Intelligence
- Daily automated cash position
- Multi-currency FX exposure monitoring

Deliverables (First 90 Days)
You will:
- Implement automated reconciliation checks
- Build live treasury dashboard
- Deploy AR/AP anomaly detection
- Implement intercompany matching logic
- Replace at least 50% of manual financial reporting
- Deliver structured control framework documentation
Long-Term Vision
This role can evolve into:
- Head of AI Finance
