We are a fast-scaling US e-commerce brand running high-volume direct response ads. We are hiring an AI Creative Producer with hands-on experience creating realistic AI ad videos using tools like VEO, Nano Banana, or similar. This role requires a mandatory test. Only applicants who complete the test will be considered.
What You'll Do
- Generate 6–12 AI ad videos per day.
- Each video contains multiple short clips (10–15).
- Turn validated scripts into high-performing AI creatives.
- Fix glitches, refine prompts, improve lip sync and realism.
- Ensure natural pacing, clean visuals, and consistent audio.
- Produce variations fast while maintaining quality.
What We Need
- Real experience creating AI video ads (not just prompts).
- Strong eye for realism and facial expression quality.
- Ability to iterate quickly until output looks natural.
- Performance-driven mindset (speed + quality).

Instructions:
- Use Nano Banana Pro (or similar) to generate a realistic clone of the avatar in the TikTok video.
- Change her face and appearance.
- Keep the same setting.
- Use VEO (or similar) to generate a video of her saying: "AI is completely magic. With AI I can say anything and make creatives that mega print."
Requirements:
- Natural speech pacing.
- Realistic facial expressions.
- Proper lip sync.
- Clean audio.
- No visible glitches.
Upload the video to Google Drive and include the public link in your proposal. Applications without the test will be ignored.
We will assign videos consisting of approximately 10–15 short clips (similar to example above). In your proposal, please include:
- Your sample test.
- How many full videos you can realistically produce per day.
- Your experience with VEO.
- Your experience with Nano Banana.
- Your desired monthly compensation.
Compensation
$1,000 – $2,000/month depending on output. Performance bonus based on overall business ROAS. Long-term opportunity for the right operator. Contract duration of 1 to 3 months with 30 hours per week.
