I am looking for an experienced AI automation expert who can set up and configure an AI-based chatbot system (Claude / OpenClaw / ClaudeBot or similar) via secure hosting (NOT locally on my computer).
Project Overview
I need a complete AI-driven automation system that:
- Captures leads from:
- Responds with correct, pre-defined information
- Uses my existing quick replies/templates
- Qualifies the lead
- Pushed the lead into my CRM system (PushPress)
- Manages the full sales pipeline
- Books appointments directly into my calendar
- Sends follow-up information via WhatsApp
The system must be hosted securely (cloud/server-based), as I do NOT want full data access or local installations on my computer.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with AI tools (Claude API, OpenAI, or similar LLM systems)
- Experience setting up hosted chatbot infrastructures
- Social media automation (Instagram & Facebook integrations)
- CRM integration (especially PushPress or similar systems)
- WhatsApp Business API integration
- Sales pipeline automation
- Calendar automation (Google Calendar or similar)
- Understanding of data security, privacy, and risk minimisation
