I run multiple construction and building supply businesses in Australia, including residential and small commercial projects. I am seeking an experienced AI and automation consultant to design and implement a streamlined operations and sales automation system. The objective is to:
- Reduce dependence on manual administration
- Automate client follow-ups and documentation
- Automate supplier quote requests and tracking
- Integrate email, AI, and project management
- Improve project visibility and reporting
- Enable effective remote management
Current tools:
- Microsoft Outlook (email)
- Dropbox (document storage)
- AI (Claude / ChatGPT)
- Make (automation platform)
SCOPE OF WORK
- Phase 1 – Client Follow-Up Automation
- Build workflow: after client call → automated follow-up email
- AI generates professional customised email
- Automatically attach brochure from Dropbox
- Send via Outlook
- Log activity in Monday
- Set automatic follow-up reminders
- Automate quote requests to suppliers and trades
- Track responses centrally
- Auto-reminders for non-responses
- Cost comparison summaries
- Escalation alerts for delays
- Weekly automated project summary
- Outstanding risks and delays highlighted
- Key action items flagged
- Executive-level reporting format
