I need an AI agent integrated with Instagram DMs for my real estate business. The agent should automatically respond to inquiries, qualify leads (budget, location, move-in date, property type), and filter serious clients.
It must connect to a live Google Sheet that contains all property listings with details like availability, price, location, and visit time slots. Based on the client's requirements, the AI should check the sheet in real time and suggest matching properties.
If a suitable property is available, the agent should offer available time slots and schedule a site visit automatically, then update the booking details back into the same Google Sheet. Additionally, the system must store client requirements. If a new property is added to the Google Sheet that matches a previous inquiry, the AI should automatically follow up with that client via Instagram DM and ask if they are still interested.
The system should run with minimal manual intervention and be fully automated. Contract duration of 1 to 3 months with 30 hours per week.
